Happy New Years

Since I'm a craft freak it's nice to have someone to work with once in a while, thankfully my sister also loves projects.  We saw this wonderful "Merry Christmas" garland on Aesthetic Outburst (one of my ultimate favorite blogs), and decided to make our own version.

Mapping out our letters on graph paper.

Her first version, which later got revised. 

My letters- I forgot how to do a block letter W for a moment! 

Ours ended up saying 'Happy New Years' so we could keep it up a bit longer. Couldn't get a full shot, the bright sun was bleaching out my photo.
