Eric the Thrifter

Alyssa would agree very much when I say I am not much of a thrift store guy. I definitely prefer a good flea market but being that it is winter, flea markets are hard to come by. I gave in and decided to join her on a thrift expedition. I walked in the door and pretty much tripped over this stool. It was quickly thrown in the cart upon sight of the $2.99 price tag.

I like how simple and elegant the legs are. I am going to chuck the pleather seat and make my own. I just bought a great piece of cherry wood on eBay for ten bucks and I think it will look great on top. Everyone else thinks so too!
