Wedding Day.

Our wedding was a total blast, although I am a bit biased, it was the best party I've ever been to.  We were married at a completely outside venue with 100 of our family and closest friends. It was just a fun, laid back time to get together with our closest and mostest.
The ceremony area (this is during our rehearsal), there is a lake behind the gazebo for beautiful scenery.  Guests were handed a craft paper cone with rose petals and a sticker that said 'throw during the first kiss'.  As soon as we kissed 'Signed, Sealed, and Delivered' by Stevie Wonder was played and guests threw all the petals- the party was started!
Flora and fauna surrounding the gazebo and entire property.  The beautiful landscaping was one reason we chose the place, it was so naturally beautiful.
Getting ready, its a family affair!  My dress was a long organza skirt over top of a short dress- long for the ceremony and short for the party.  These red shoes finished off the look!
Seating arrangements- eat, drink and be married! The chalk board 'theme' was all around on the tables, on the bar telling what drinks were being served, and all over the venue.
The party area, pre-party. Great open air spot for dancing all night, corn hole off to the side, and grilling on the other side (with wonderful food), a bar at one end, dj at the other, a photo booth, and a candy bar- this place was stocked for fun!
The place settings, sparklers for a send off, mason jars with chalk board names, stripe straws with flags that have fun sayings. (Flowers are missing here- this was pre-party, they were hydrangeas with greenery, ranunculus, and roses.)  Our chairs were tied together with craft paper flags that read 'just married'- so cute.
Photo booth- the best part! We were stocked with props galore, and the booth printed real strips with our names and wedding date on them.  Each strip was printed twice, once for us and once for the guest.  The copies for us where put in a photo book where each guest signed next to their picture- memories forever!
About to barf, waiting for the big moment.
Bike riding is a BIG deal in our family, since the walk in would be painfully long my dad and I rode in on a tandem.  So very fun and also nerve racking- what if you get caught in the chain! Thankfully that didn't happen and it was such a great moment.  My bouquet was tied on the basket so I could carry it up the aisle once we got there.

These are just the iphone photos that I was able to take before everything happened- so no husband in these!  It was the best party and best day of my life- so fun!
