Butterfly roof? Yes please.
Full windows, beautiful mature yard.
Original floors, light streaming in.
Zig zag clothes line railing.
Wood burning fireplace.
Yucky dirty kitchen but with that view who doesn't want to be a chef.
Stone hallway leading from the front door to the back.
Downstairs where the bedrooms and main bathroom are.
Bedroom with full paneling and what you can't see-a full wall of closets.
The best part- that gorgeous exterior.
We're on the lookout for an interesting ranch, preferably built in the mid century. This 1953 built home is on a beautiful wooded lot and has an amazing upstairs living area. Full wood floors, great details, windows with views of the trees-amazing. The downstairs on the other hand, where the bedrooms and full bath are at, is another story. Its damp and cold, very basement feeling- which it really is technically in the basement. The hunt is still on.
