Citrus Slaw & Monthly Intentions.

After a complete sugar high from Easter I've decided to again go cold turkey on sugar/candy/treats. This month I'm not setting weekly intentions, I'm setting a monthly goal of no added sugar and only one piece of fruit per day.
My other goal is to log more miles, my husband and I are training for a 10k so we've got to get our miles up if we're going to have respectable times come May.

Here is a Citrus Slaw that I mixed up along side brussels and tofu last night and for lunch today with an egg and pita. A perfect dish for detoxing from a malt ball egg surge.
Citrus Slaw:
Shredded Cabbage
Grated Carrots
Cilantro
Green onions
Mango
Orange sliced in bite size pieces
Red Pepper Flakes
Healthy amount of Rice Vinegar
Sprinkle of Sesame Oil
