A throw it together easy dinner- filling and nutritious.

Sauté coconut oil, sea salt, and red pepper flakes with:
Garlic
Green Onions
Garlic Scapes
Brussels Sprouts
Cabbage

Make a pesto from:
Basil
Sage
Spinach
Sunflower Seeds
Coconut Oil

On top of:
½ serving Brown Rice Noodles
½ serving Black Eyed Peas
