Been feeling kind of blah lately so I decided to go raw for the first 3 days of this week. Here are a few meals I've been chowing on this week.
I. Raw cashews, Raw Mediterranean chickpea salad (from Meatless by Martha- very good and easy to make raw yourself- just soak your chickpeas for 8 hours rather than cook them)
I. Sugar snap peas, Cabbage salad w raw chickpeas and homemade lime dressing
I. Avocado, carrot summer rolls with tahini/tamari dressing
Yesterday, the second day of being full raw, I was craving brown rice and quinoa, and feeling sort of tired. Today I feel much better, lighter, and more clear headed. I think I may even keep going after today, or at least keep my whole day raw except for dinner for the rest of the week.
