Vanilla Yo.

I would rather make something special than buy/consume for the holidays.  Everyone seems to have so many 'things' so I would rather make something for each person.  Plus I always like to get a handmade gift myself.  

This year was one of my least DIY years since we moved so close to Christmas but I did make this vanilla at the end of August.  Since the vanilla needs to cure for at least 2 months it was ready for Christmas gifts.  I feel proud giving something I shook up every week plus it smells so so good.

Named 'Mad Vanilla Yo' because it is Madagascar vanilla beans, purchased from here, instructions on this YouTube, which is totally worth the watch.
