Sunday we drank chai teas, listened to Christmas music, and put up decorations. Every morning since we've put up the tree, ornaments have been on the floor, and pom poms have been chewed up. A little mischief is expected, but finding your cat just lounging in the tree branches? Totally unexpected!
I feel your pain. We didn't even put ornaments up because our 4 cats found it the perfect sleeping spot. They formed a loose circle around the middle. It was cute, sort of. I took it down and bought a vintage aluminum tree. LOVE IT. And they can't even get up the first branch. And they seem fascinated just looking at the sparkle of it.
I cannot get over the cat lounging! And thanks for the clarification! I'm going to make-believe they are the kind for roasting...but don't worry, my fire is drawn out of chalk!
