Summers Bounty.

I've been on a preserving kick, trying to save all of summer's bounty.
I. Apple sauce from local apples + spicy dill pickles from cucumbers my boss brought in from his organic garden
II. Cashew, garlic scape pesto frozen in single use sizes + watermelon frozen for smoothies
I. Dehydrating lots of homegrown mint to make mint tea
II. Bananas, peaches, and apples to dehydrate
I. + II. More fruit to dehydrate- we can't get enough

All in one weekend, pickling, canning, dehydrating, and freezing.  Can't wait till the farmers market next weekend. Feeling very Portlandia 'You can pickle that'.
